Last month my Daughter was due a prescription for an epipen due to the expiry date, the receptionist told me it isnt on repeat so we booked a doctors appointment to request this to then be told I shouldn't need an appointment as it should always be available due to the type of prescription it is, he then looks at my Daughters notes and explained they has been a prescription at the reception desk for a few days for her new epipen that I was not informed of, the doctor goes to get it and it wasnt there so after the confusion I'm glad I had a doctors appointment to be able to print the prescription, lack of communication.
